OK so my ground wire broke going so i just replaced it then all my lights on the dash,Temp gauges,RPM gauges etc... go nuts. Have no clue what or how to fix anyone run into this? Feel free to help.Thanks for looking at this.

Yah, this will happen even if your ground wire is just loose. Happened to me once after I was messing around with something under the hood, I was driving around and everything was going crazy. Ended up I just had to tighten my battery ground.

So if you just replaced yours and its still doing it then your ground wire still isnt ground correctly. Make sure its tightened down and ground to a proper part of the chassis.
