ACK! Now no radio OR hvac control function!!!

Pulled dash for heater core job. Now I have no power going to the radio (aftermarket) and the HVAC control panel's not working either. To be more specific, no fan function, and the compressor's no clicking on with defrost or recycle vent options. The panel's lights come on with headlights, and the defrost button works. I checked all the fuses, none blown. The battery was disconnected the whole time. Only thing I could think of, is I tried to start the car at one point, but I hadn't plugged the instrument cluster panel back in yet. Car acted like it went into 'theft' mode. It cranked just fine after I put the panel back in. The dash went back in easily, all holes lined up without pushing or shoving; I can also move the wire bundle of the hvac panel around, so I don't think the wires are pinched. I'd probably have a blown fuse if that was the case. Right now, I have the battery off to reset the PCM. This gonna do it? Anything else I can try??? Need help fast!!!

Already check them, all fuses in the box in the dash by the driver's door. All whole, as well as those in the box in the engine bay. I tried the reset again, but with the factory radio, and it worked. I tried plugging in the aftermarket right then and nope, no sound. Factory radio works, and hvac still no fan function. What did I short out?!? By the way, new plugs, coils, and wires, and the cold/low speed miss is still around -- just not as bad. All wires arced well when held just off the plugs except for #4. Time for new ignition module? (wallet already screaming NOOOOOO!!! LOL)
