i just replaced the water pump in my 98 z24. but im still waiting for the books to come in. on the tensoner there is a hydralic piece that comes in and out but when i put it back on and turn the engine over, not running to check it out the hydraulic piece sticks in and it doesnt want to come back out, i know im probably not explaining it this good but if you could help me on giving me the steps to time it that would be great because i dont have time to wait for the books to get here.
