Well Cavalier , turn lights on no lights , pull the switch back like to pass a car and they turn on and 12 volts to the harness , checked the voltage with just the switch on and there was no power. is it the switch ? any other possibilities ?
yup, switch, happens all the time. junkyard it. should fix your problem.
