OK so I am taking the engine out right now, and have all but 3 bolts left in the bell housing. My questions is how do I disengauge the clutch and also are there bolts on the flywheel that I need to remove through the starter hole like the torque converter bolts in an automatic.

Once all of the bolts are removed from the motor to tranny, and your tranny mounts are removed, and axles are pulled, disconnect your cables you can just pull on the tranny (towards the driverside).
