tsb on engine cradel?

Ok so I got my car to the dealer gave symptoms of busted mount ( i checked all the mounts their fine) So the guys says oh their is a tsb on the ecotec engine cradel we torqued the bolts its all set. Ok so i drive it crisp clean shifts . Now a little while later clunk jiggle jiggle at the shifts G.D. it !!! Ok were is the engine cradel? Becase i have a torque wrench and also whats the torque please help me

its under the engine/trans assy. also called an engine cross member. its will be a thick steel square frame with "arms" on all four corners.

whats the torque for the bolts?
