Hey guys. I've got a bad connection/ground in my driver side headlight and was trying to poke around at it today.
I removed the battery and found that the battery tray doesn't seem to be removable. So, I'm assuming I need to pull
the front driver side wheel and remove the splash guards to get at it from below? Thanks for any info.
When itīs only one side check the fuse on the fusebox in the cabin...
Checked all fuses, bulbs and relays. I have a wiring problem. My driver side high and low beam doesn't work. I used a test lamp to test the DRL relay pin 87A to ground and the circuit is broken. Had the driver side headlight assembly out and was playing around with the harness behind the light...I can hear the relay for the passenger headlight clicking when I jiggle the harness. So, I've got a loose connection or ground somewhere behind my driver side headlight. It's not easy to get at it though.
You can get the harness to pull up and out from under the battery try. There is a couple plastic connectors that holds it but with a screw driver you can un do those.
