Yea it looks like you got an oil leak near that area, Must be a blow by some where silicone could have not mated to the gasket, I would get some Degreaser wash the oil soaked area, Allow the car to idle for a bit, To chrance the oil leak. Are you getting a Cel light?. For the high revs I would take a look around for a vaccum line cracked or broke or non atached, Also take a look at the throttle cable could have a cink or strenched.

false alarm. turns out the top bolts for the chain housing were snapped and when i was letting it idle they fell out. i drilled and tapped them and there like new. the idle problem was because of the TB sensor cable for the rpms im guessing it got jolted out of place when i took off and the motor shook. thanks for the help though
