I am taking the car to my mechanic's place, but the cavy won't start. I tried to jump started with those jump starters that you plug into the lighter, but they don't work.
How can I open the hood (the hood latch just broke and the wire I past the point where I can't see it. Can I take something apart in order to get to the wire to open it somehow? What can I do?
Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks
I know on the 2nd gens you can reach under the front bumper and try popping the release handle with your hand...
Just as 89Sunbird said, 2nd gens you can reach under the front bumper and try popping the release handle with your hand, U should see the metal clip lock with a spring attached to it, Then just pull it towards the driverside youre hood should pop up, For the starting issue, Are you getting power at all? lights gauges movement etc?. Could have a bad starter & battery no good.
