Moisture in tail lights

I have some fog in my tail lights. I was wondering what the best way to get it out is and how to seal it back up so it doesnt happen again. Thanks.

Remove the light housing, dump water, check for cracks, examine socket. If all else fails, get used ones from a salvage yard, or drill a SMALL hole or two along the bottom seam.

hit the inside with a hair dryer and then re-silicone the seams. see if that works. if not, try and find the gap that is causing the condensation and silicone it up.

Also make sure the rubber seal behind that transitions the body panel to the tail housing is in good shape.

Use low heat on the hairdryer if you go this route.
