so i have 15k on my motor, and i jsut recently moved into college so i HARDLY drive this car. i wake up sunday morning to find a huge dent in the side of my car right behind the drivers side door ... my guess some drunk dumb@!#$ hit in while it was parked in my frat parking lot. anyways thats besides the point when i get into the car to drive to get some food i get to the place fine and when i start to head back the CEL starts flashing then stays on. i baby it home but didnt see or hear any problems with the car. oil is fine and has only been 1200 miles since last oil change so its good.

anybody got any sugestions of why i am throwing a cel so early in the motors life btw engine is completely stock.

a flashing CEL usually means a misfire. find someone with an OBD-II code reader, and that will help you narrow down your problem.
