DRL's on my 95 Cavalier have not worked since I've owned it so I'm just now getting around to trying to figure out why. My headlights work fine, and my high beams work fine. Also the DRL light in the cluster is constantly blinking so the car must know they are not working right.. but I dont know what else to do about it!

Today I switched relays with my 94 Sunbird cause they are the same and my relay worked in the sunbird and the sunbird one never made any difference to my car, so I guess that eliminates that option. Also, I have checked both 10A fuses and they are both okay. so what else can it be I don't understand? Is it possible that the 20A circuit breaker could be faulty? I'm stumped so any help would be wonderful!

I wasn't aware 95's had DRLs? At least mine didn't.....

well if my car has the fuse & relay for it, it must have it..
