Can not find flasher for turn signal under dash. Any help is appreciated please help. Told that it is separate from hazards. Found hazard flasher and it works for hazards.

93 Cavalier custom, 4 Speed W/S Wipers, Oversize Seat covers and a Racing Ash Tray.
It is under the dash, slightly to the right of the steering column, follow the steering column up under the dash and you should find it
