When im driving my car has a delayed shift. its and auto transmission and it has 115k on it what could be up with it or is it just going out also i noticed some transmission fluid is leaking out of it im new with working on cars so could someone please give me some help.
If the fluid is low it can effect the way it shifts.
Lots of things can effect shifting, MAP sensor, and the vacuum hose going to it also are another big factor.

Sounds like a classic symptom of not enough fluid in your transmission. Fill it up and I'll bet your problem goes away.
