Clutch Line in the ecotec

Im talking abou tthe line that runs from the firewall to the engine. Well mine rubbed a hole into it from rubbing on a peice of metal. This is a defect. Has anyone else had this happen. If so please call GM and make sure they know. I just had to pay $80 bucks out of pocket for a gm certified machanic to look at it. I have a claim with gm to replace it for free since im over my miles. Anyone have this happen to them befor?

Did GM cover this repair? I think I have the exact same thing with my 2003 Cavalier. If they did not cover it, did they charge and arm and a leg for the repair?

Thank you in advance.

Not exactly the same problem but this was a similar BRAKE line problem
