can someone please tell me where and how to lubricate my chassis? don't flame on me bc i tried to search it and nothing came up. thanks for the help

Not much to it really. I only have 1 grease fitting on each end of the tie rods near the front wheels and that is it. I have a 98. Don't over fill with grease. A few good shots from a grease gun should do it. If you put too much grease in the seal will leak.

Yep, depending on the year of your 'J', both sides tie rod ends and lower control arm ball joint. All hinges get a quick spritz of lithium grease, and manual tranny linkages under the hood get a VERY light dot of oil.
