well im getting 21.8 MPG. I have a 1998 Sunfire coupe with the 2200, 3 spd. auto. I have a WAI, new plugs and wires, and upper and lower engine mount. Does this sound right or no? if not what should i look for to cause this?

well, remember to loose some weights on your right leg, they tend to sink a bit deeper when you have modifications. Like me, I like to heard my intake sound

21 to the gallon i don't see often. i usually drive all city and fully loaded. also it is hot and humid here soi dont have the best conditions either. tell you the truth man i wouldn't complain. but the right foot is the biggest factor in fuel mileage

Where I live, kinda sorta countryish I have to avoid using cruise control where I normally drive. My GTP is averaging out to about 19.8mpg if I leave it off. Problem is the hills on the road. The car cant see those, and holds the throttle at a certain spot. When it slows on the hill, it uses way more gas pedal than it really needs to. It'll eat up the gas mileage real quick

It really depends on where, and how you drive.

I'm driving a 2002 2200, and I'm averaging about 28 a gallon right now. I just got it to go up after adding a high flow air filter and reading the gas mileage FAQ on the newbie page (I think it was there). I was getting 24 city and about 26 highway before that.
The FAQ does help if you keep it in miund while driving

theres around 140k. i cleaned the plugs and blew the filter out with a compressor today and it seemed to help my gas milage alittle. I kinda have it pinned down to how much gas i use to get to work and back and i usally use little over 1/8 tank and tonight driving at or around 55mph i used alittle under 1/8 tank.
