Hub nut size

I am about to change the front hub assemblies.
anyone know the size of the Hub Nut so I can buy the correct deep well socket?

I believe its 30mm....

^^Yeah when I searched on AutoZone's website for specs for your car, it said you could buy a replacement hub nut and it listed it as 30mm.

I don't know about down there, but around here you can borrow those sockets for free from some of our parts stores. It's not the sort of thing that comes standard in your average socket set.

I just bought one assembly 513017K TIMKEN at Autozone. And by the way... 30 MM is to big for the hubnut. I bought both the 30MM Axle nut socket (25203) sold at Autozone, but just from trial fitting with the nut that is included with the Hub assembly and the old nut installed in the car it seems too big and i'm afraid it may round the nut (which seems to be copper).

I also bought the Duralast 1 1/8" deep socket (75-832) at Autozone and it seems like a much better fit. It fits snug. I would use that rather than the 30mm socket, any opinions?

As i said in the other thread. 28mm on some years and 30mm on others.

95-99: 28mm, but 30mm 6 point will work just fine.
00-05: 30mm
