Other week going 72 mile to work my 98 z made mystery pop sound on interstate. Bogged out then cleared up. Got it home and was running really rough on idle. Smelt really rich. Staarted it and noticed the rear of cast was cherry red.i figured cat was bad. Then @!#$ hit. So next day I went to start the motor so i could take o2 sensor out. Well wouldnt turn over. Had real rich smell. Pulled plugs seems i am gettting fire. Any ideas.??? Is it possible for it to dump too much fuel and it wont start. Or is there a sensor i could have burnt that might have went closed on me to perevent engine from even cranking?? Plz help i do drive this every day.........
