best way to tackle rusted out area?

Well on my car i have a few rust spots around my doors and what not and around the drivers side rear wheelwell it is rusted right out in one spot what should I do to repair it ? cut out the metal and try fabricate a piece to the curves or what ? will body shops be able to match the paint of a 95 faded sunfire lol

Take it to a body shop. I had to have some pieces cut off of my quarter panel on one of my older cars. They cut it all out, welded in and shaped new pieces. You can't even tell the rust was there. Take it to a reputable body shop and ask them for an estimate (also a good time to see if they know what's going on). Better yet, take it to more than 1 shop and see what they say. Ask them how they plan to fix it and then make your decision.

the only way to get rid of rust is to either grind it all off or if its rusted through, then they have to cut that section out and weld in a new piece
