Just don't know what's up with my Z24...

Got a remote started put on at Canadian Tire about 2 months ago and now I am having some troubles....(Don't know if it's related or not, but the timing is too much of a coincidence) ...

All the indicator/warning lights stay on....my rpm gage doesn't work, but my speed gage does...also, my gear indicator is off. Other than that, the car fired up and ran just fine....until...

I go out and the car has trouble starting, she cranks up but dies fairly quick. I keep hearing it could be my passlock, it could be the instrument panel or ignition switch etc.... I just go to university and work, but I don't have the time and $$$ to just keep "trying"things, you know?

I just have no clue, my friend was working on it and he was just trying to fix the lights at the time...all he did was clear off an old code (for an O2 sendor that had been fixed already) and unplugged the fuses to the remote starter.... after that is when the car died completely and will not start back up at all....which is where we are in this whole ordeal...

We tried the whole resetting of Passlock by turning the key and waiting 15min then trying to start it, it didn't work...

This is one of the things they are saying I need possibly...

Anyone know where I can get one these parts a little closer (See Ebay ad)?

.... hoping to get one at a better price.

Can anyone help shed some light on this whole thing?
