Don't know how old your car is but a tune up might be in order, and you can check your tire pressure too.
Right, aside from common sense maintenance and smooth driving habits, there's not much left. I use a fuel system cleaner every few months, keep oil changed (+ filter!!), and let the ponies loose about once a week to burn off deposits as well as remind the engine there are RPMs above 2,500.
