pop your hood
i nthe front where the ehadlights are there is a plastic cover over the radiator
there is two bolts showing thats a whiteish color that is a torx remove the one that shows then lift the plastic piece so that you can remove the second torx which is under the plastic. Remove your headlight assembly one you have the two torx per light out and then you can remove the bulb and replace it ... oops sorry thats for sunfire I just noticed you have a cavalier do you have your owners manual ? it will say in there just look around for ways to get it out... the bulb number is 9007 .

Remove the plastic shielding around the hood latch that is held on with the little plastic clips (a wire cutter works great to get under the plastic heads and pry them up)(DO NOT CLIP OFF THE HEADS)...

Remove the headlamp bolts, there should be 2 per headlamp. I believe they are 13mm...

Next, take a long flat head screw driver and slide it between the headlamp and the corner lamp. You will notice a tab that you must pry on to seperate the two. The corner light should pop off...

Pull the headlight out and change the bulb...

Hope that helps. I'm sure if you search for it, you might even find some pictures or something. Good luck...
