and they'll pay for a rental car too...i think they pay for the day charge and a certain amount of miles...after you pass the allowed miles you start paying...but its not much. i had a rental for like 2 weeks and when i turned it in i paid like 35 for the rental and 10 of it was cuz i forgot to fill the gas tank back up.

I am going to take it to the dealer but they jerk me around! I wanted to have an idea if this has happend to anyone before. And also should I take apart my home made intake so that they don't get mad.Its in the fender well and a pain to take apart!

definately put the stock intake back in. they'll find every way they can to blame the problems you're having on the intake, thus voiding your warranty.

There could be some ecu updates you need that will solve your problems. I've been lucky w dealerships, most don't care about all the mods i have and do warranty wo any problems.

about the same miles that happened to my 02 ecotec. i took it in and they fixed it under warranty in one day. there was a clogged line somewhere or something... i wish I could remember now. or maybe it was some kind of regulator or something. anyway, they fixed it quick and should do the same for you. they take one cheap plastic piece out and put another cheap plastic piece in and bam, done.
