just wanted to get the warning out there for other ppl to know.

Damn... good luck with that. I'm in the middle of a really ugly court battle with my former employer... they owe me over 6grand. I've spent $340 on lawyer/nasty letter fees, have to pay $142.85 for court filing fees, plus if I win (and i will) and they don''t' pay, I have to pay $232.50 for an order of execution for the Sheriff's office to go seize their property and hold a sheriff's sale so I can get my money... then watch my back because she's just psycho enough to come after me for money I'm legally owed.
Different situation kinda... but court things can get time consuming and really crappy. I feel your pain, so good luck with your battle!
There are far too many of these posts in the general forum, are parts that rare that people have no other route than to ship them and put trust in the seller? Not once have I had an issue with driving 2-3 hours just to pick up a part and pay on the spot. Sorry for the loss, but it seems more and more people on JBO are getting screwed sideways.
Some don't have the time to go and pick items up or a truck to pick up larger items but I agree,I drove 4 1/2 hrs. to Indiana to pick up a shaved lid from Karnage and ended up getting his Drift front as well.Try packing all that into a Vert. in the winter time.
I am sick of these scammers selling parts then not delivering them and then posting new pics of the turbo setups they just installed using so and so's money.

That really sucks man. But ya, picking up parts is the way to be. I went down to Dallas, 4 hour drive to pick up my hood from Jux.

I've done that once in my lifetime, it was like 3 years ago. Filed with them on a company i purchased about $1400 merch from and they never shipped anything. Ended up getting my merch and I do believe the business was eventually shut down after they investigated them for fraud.

well, i will admit it, im a total dumbass for even doing this deal with this guy. he wasnt a real active member, and i didnt ask a soul about him beforehand. idk, i guess i was exited and threw my senses out the nearest air lock.
i do believe im done with the classifieds for good now. this same thing happened to me a few months back with another member, thank god i got my money back from the money order company though, which im hoping happens on this f ck up of mine as well.

sooner or later all he has done to others will catch up to him and i hope you get a piece of the pie when it does
he is also looked for by several members of probetalk.com ...
there are a few members on that site that know him in person... or at least knew him...
