Up for Group purchase is a lightweight under driven LG0 sized crank pulley, and the smallest over driven alternator pulley I could make. The crank pulley is under driven, and the alternator pulley is over driven. Both pulleys mount using all the stock OEM hardware. Both the alternator and Crank pulley are manufactured from T6-6061 aircraft grade aluminum. If purchased as a set, at 6,500 RPMs, these pulleys will turn 338 rpm slower than a stock set on a 96-02 Twin Cam engine. All pulleys are hard coated Type III clear. This coating will leave the pulleys a gray - dark gray color. All pulleys will be hard coated for corrosion and wear resistance. There will be no sale of UN-coated crank pulleys, because of the added wear resistance that a hard coated pulley offers. Pictures of hard coated pulleys are posted below.

Pulley Diameters:
A stock crank pulley working diameter is 6.406".
A stock alternator pulley working diameter is 2.208".
My under driven ld9 crank pulley working diameter is 5.180"
My over driven alternator pulley working diameter is 1.818"
So lets say red line is 6,500 RPM, stock crank and alternator pulley.
With a stock crank pulley rotating at 6,500 rpm, the alternator pulley would be rotating at
18,858 RPM.
Example. 6500 rpm x 6.406" = 41639 / 2.208" = 18,858.243 RPM.
So lets say red line is 6,500 RPM, LG0 sized crank and my over driven alternator pulley.
With a LG0 crank pulley rotating at 6,500 rpm, the alternator pulley would be rotating at
18,520 RPM.
Example. 6500 rpm x 5.180" = 33670 / 1.818" = 18,520.352 RPM.

Manufactured Crank 18.00 Ounces
Stock alternator weight: 6.34 Ounces
Manufactured Alternator 2.25 Ounces
