I have a 1998 sunfire gt the drl quit working as well as with the high beams. I have no DRL indicator on the dash but the high beam indicator is on. With headlights on the low beam (im not 100% sure its low beam) works and when you switch to high beam i have no headlights but all tails and turn signal lights work. The high beam indicator on dash is always on. With left signal on the high beam indicator blinks with the turn signal. I find it hard to believe that both headlight bulbs would burn out at same time. I believe its a poor ground where would these be? The low beams are bright and not dull though. Any other info would be good.
Check the relay inside the front bumper. It is for the headlights.
