Ok new question, car does not have a ground out of headlamps. If I bypass ground it works. I checked and theirs no breaks. Does the relay indicate when the ground should come on and off?
There should always be a constant ground. The power is what is controlled by the switch and BCM.
On the inside my car looks like a fighter jet.
The. Bcm controls a switched ground for the drl relay. I do believe it's the green wire with grey stripe. These harness have an issue with breakage and corrosion. This harness plugs into the car under the battery tray. if you have a switched ground at the plug then run a jumper wire from just after the plug to the drl relay.

Have to correct ya here Rob... J-cars are fused constant positive, and switched ground.
