I don't see a reason why u couldn't.
With anything "custom" you just have to decide for yourself if u think it will work and if you will like it.

Because I don`t want to use any fiberglass/urethane. I want to keep it simple.

So you want your sunfire to look like a base model cavalier?

Look at the first pic, that`s how I want it to look like without having to use fiberglass/urethane, just plain dremel cuttin and a grill.

So you just want to open up the front to make it look like a bigmouth import bumper of sorts?

That car with the angel eyes looks like a channel catfish without whiskers.

As for cutting the bumper, why the hell not? A dremel should cut it no problem. just measure twice and cut once.

i can't exactly picture the stock bumper its been awhile, but i would expect no, you'll be left with a giant cut out in the bottom of the mouth....which imo will look like....welll....you just cut it out

If you do some good work with it, measure well, cut carfully and then rounf the edges. It could look good. But im having a hard time picturing it. Luckily sunfire bumpers are cheap and easy to find

Thanks for all the tips. But if that plastic middle filling is hollow... my grill wil weave and look lile crap. The v created by cutting this v shaped filling prevents me from installing a grill in there....
