98 Cavalier:
Whenever i use my turn signals only my bumper signals (parking lights) turn on. The signals next to my headlights don't do anything...ever. The bulbs all work. The signals seem to only want to work sometimes and thats at random. I'll be sitting in traffic and notice in the reflection of the vehicle in front of me that the signals next to my headlights work but when i try them out later they don't. I'm so lost. Wiring issue?

Check fuses first but I have had a consistent problem with ground wire to the headlight harness under the battery tray. The cool part is if you have a bad or even crappy harness they unplug behind the battery tray. I keep a spare now, so anytime it goofs on me I pull it and fix the glitch.
