There are no aftermarket ready to bolt in HID/projector lamps for 03+ if that's what you're after. Anyone that has them has retrofitted them. Any HID kit will fit, as long as it is for 9007 bulbs, though you really should use projectors with HID...some people just plug the HIDs right into the stock lights, but it's not recommended, the stock reflector housings are designed to scatter the light output (as opposed to directing/focusing it) and WILL blind oncoming traffic.
There are also "no cut" projectors (I think made by projector source) that are as bolt on as it gets. It's ready to mount projector w/ HIDs and angel eyes...you do have to remove the lenses from you head lamps for installation, but they pop right into the stock reflecto bowl, seal the lens back on, plug in, and go. These are probably the best route to go if you want to avoid retrofitting a projector.
Some members also make projector sets on here, John Benham is the first that comes to mind.

Wow... Is anyone else getting sick of seeing a new "what hid kit will work/why are there no projectors for my car/other stupid HID question" threads?

Thanks guys.

yes, projector are the best way to put HID light into your headlights, and yes I offer them for sale (I have a group purchase thread going on now, click here
If you want to skip the projectors, for whatever reason, you can, I recomend a 9007 bi-xenon kit. I never suggest loosing your high beam function, even if you never use it.
