has anyone done anything custom to a stock 03-05 sunfire front bumper? just looking for some ideas for my front bumper
Gary Frank has an 02 LS Sport lip on his.
its an old concept. time for something new to take the reigns. - Z yaaaa
spencer cut his up so the front is one big opening.
ok, any pics? i know what gary franks bumper looks like, but never seen spencers

if i where to start again i'd buy the gm lip, or if i still wanted custom i'd go cobalt ss, dam close fit.

Is the hood on this just a bad fit or something? Because that gap between the headlights and the hood line is HUGE!

Nope fits like a glove, think your just being decived by the photo and the fact thr top of the headlights are black
hmmmmm, i like your car, but thats not really my style, and you and gary frank are really making me want to buy that ram air hood lol
its a really nice hood, its what prompted me to do my 03 conversion.

Gary, this is the lip for the 00-02 sunfire bumper correct?

Yea it was the rk sport lip for the base model 00-02 Sunfire, sorta jar to come by. Fit real decent, had to narrow it in the middle and angle the cut so it came together in a point rather tha flat. When I get home from work I'll dig threw some old photos see if i can fines any with sides on, I was running import fighters and they lined up good, was making a rear out of a wings west lip but never finished
sorry for the horrible photobucket edit job, but this is what im gonna do to another bumper, mines pretty well screwed, i just think along with doing that subtel change, some sort of lip would look nice

thats for the complimets guys, my bumper was the product of nailing a raccoon at highway speed and rebuilding it lol I wanted to remove the "fang" lookin things so this is what we came up with.
