Glass or vinyl rear window for convertible?
Tuesday, November 02, 2010 8:58 AM
I am buying a new top this month and can't decide. I was sold on the original defroster glass that my car came with, but started to think the vinyl window is far less likely to fall out like this one did.

This isn't my daily driver, the top is really only going to be up if it starts to rain, gets real cold or when parked.

I appreciate your opinions.

Thanks

Sig'less since '02!

go with glass. vinyl windows look like @!#$ and dont hold up well over the years (yellowing, scratches, etc). there are great instructions on how to fix the sagging rear window if you put glass in and (years from now) it starts to sag.
