I have an 03 and i got the 9007/3 kit from vvme (bi-xenon) and they didnt come with the rubber grommets so that i can drill through the headlight covers... what kind of bulbs do i need for the grommet?

well my headlights have a cover and the hid bulbs have wiring that need to go from the bulb to the ballast.. how do i connect the bulbs to the ballasts without drilling a hole?? the only thing that it goes from bulbs to ballasts using 3 different plugs (power, ground, hi/lo) and from the ballasts to my battery and my stock headlight harness

the 03-04 lights are set up diff then other years even the fires the last cavs are diff. The head light is sealed theres a dust cap and gasket coveer on the back side the covers the bulb and wiring so u just plug the light harness in. u have threee options OP. one leave the cap off. two drill the hole and get a hole plug at the lowes homedepo n slit it(like a buck) three find a headlight that has the rubber covers onthem n use them.
are they factory housings? cause you shouldnt have to drill..
if i leave the caps off, will my lights fog?

You shouldnt have issues as long as u dont drive thru flooded roads where the water will flood in. the older years are open u can also drill the hole u need and then black rv sealicone it found at auto parts stores for like a few bucks
I know i could rig it but I want the bulbs with grommets on them so that i can remove them if i need to..

then go to homedepo or lowes and get a rubber plug for the size hole i drill n slit it ull be set couple bucks
i have a different way of dealling with these, I take out the factory harness, put in a plug into the hole that held the headlight connector, and run a grommet through that. I went through hell trying to find grommets that would accomidate the HID bulb wires, since they are usually a pain to take apart. Send me a pm, I should have some pics I can email you, as well as some places to try for grommets.
