I have seen it done, I searched through the forum. I think it looks very nice. My only question is what are the problems with it? How hard the wiring would be? (or would it be the same) and what can be done about the reverse lights?

As far as wiring goes, you won't have to do anything. Your Cavalier bulbs will work just fine with the Sunfire Sedans taillights. Use the Cavalier outer taillight bulbs in the Sunfire Sedan outer taillights and use the Cavalier reverse light bulbs in the Sunfire Sedan inner taillights.
I don't know what to tell you about the reverse lights, aside from the obvious switching to a Sunfire Sedan rear bumper with reverse lights in it.

thanks for the information, i think i will end up finding a white lens for the small break light on the back and wire that with the reverse light. any body else have any pics?

hate to be picky on this, but that part won't work :S the inners on the sunfire is a little peanut bulb. and it's part of the different harness for the Sunfire as opposed to the cav harness. I was un-pleasently surprised when I found they were different one day. damn GM making different parts for (essentially) the same car.
