Whatever you decide to do, it will need to be custom.

A small handful of folks (known) have used S15 headlights, there's a thread in P&M w/ Impala headlights, one person used Civic headlights...

In this case, the search button will be your best bet.

They DO make a one piece Projector Headlight/Corner Lens assembly for 95-99 Cavalier now...

eBay and about $140.

ebay is a good place to find 'em. Just remember to look at the pictures, and if it has a stock photo be careful. You still get what you pay for. If they're cheaper and from an ebay "store", you can about bet they're gonna be crap.

steve: chazz had rx8 headlights on his sunfire. While they look like they fit well, I think he said he had to do alot of cutting behind 'em.

anything is possible with the right knowledge. asking if its possible leads me to believe you do not posess this knowledge. It's not something thats easy to do

I could imagine you would have to do some work on that new hood to do anything custom with the lights.

yea, theres not many choices where any one of those would be safe from cuttin up, mostly with the cav front since the fenders come up closer to the lights. I was jut makin sure he knew that new hood he got would probably have to be mutilated.
O/P:I think that if you have little to no metal work under your belt, it would be easiest to put different headlights on the sunfire front with a fiberglass bumper. Fiberglass is much easier to learn than metal work. Any time you start puttin somethin that doesn't belong on a car, your gonna have a lot of work.
