He didn't ask if it was possible. He already knows it is. He was asking if anyone had done that particular swap and if they could post pics. I only know of one person on the org that has swapped from the 03+ Sunfire front to the older front, and all of his pictures from the past no longer work.
Thanks for the back up shawdowfire lol and that sucks he doesnt have any more pictures up, i guess mine will be original though. I will definitely be welding on evil eyes too.
to be honest.....im not sure what sort of pictures you want. itll just look like a 95-02 sunfire with the exception of the rear tails/filler/bumper, but you wont be able to see them at the same time as the front in any pics anyway.
ya good point but i was still just trying to get a general idea
lol a general idea of what? im not trying to bust your balls here....but again, its gonna look just like a 95-02 fire. so just look up one of those and youve pretty much got what your car is going to look like. unless there is something in specific that I am missing that you are wanting to see? such as a body kit combo or color combo?
hard part will be the headlight rewiring since you will be going from a dual bulb to a single.
Its easier in reverse, but not sure if the 9005/9006 to 9007 sticky is going to help with the h9/h11 setup.
thats interesting and how did you fix the aligment problem?
his aligment is most likely the end result of the accident his wife was in, but to fix it you'll need a come-a-long, some hammers, and some beer
lol good call, so since mine wasnt in an accident it shouldnt have that nasty gap in there
Tabs - ya there is a body kit im getting that i forgot to put in there i think its the invader one and in a silver color.
yeah pretty much yours should....SHOULD have no fitment problems, that is unless you don't aline something, if you misaline one thing it'll throw your whole sh!t out of wack.
make sure ur rad support isn't bent. also ur hood stops lower them a turn or two. adjust your hood lach up a little higher. put your hand on the end of the hood give it a litle "love" tweek
"love" tweek lol i like that but ya in any case nothings bent it should go together nicely im hoping then all ill have to do is wire the b1tch up
and once again i must stress, don't foget the beer
Beer? Hell thats the One tool, I keep in every toolbox, vehicle, drawer, You name it, it's there!!! Nothing can be done correctly with out it.
