well... i just got my 02' ls sport rear lip painted and want to install. ofcourse i always read my haynes manual to find out which screws and retainers to remove..... but after all the screws i have removes, plus some not mentioned, the rear bumper cover/fascia still wont come off. need help please.

Did you disconnect the license plate light and are you getting the bumper over the center lip of the crush guard?

actually, no i didnt disconnect the license plate light. lol seems like haynes leaves out important details like these that make things complicated.
