so here is my issue ATM. I am wondering if you can take apart tail lights the same as you do headlights. Got an idea for LEDs
Also if anyone can find me the post on the headlight how to would be greatly appreciate it
( because if you can do it the same I will need the temp and time )

yes yu can heat gun slowly pull apart
a lot of people say it rarely works. people have had good luck with smashing the back on one set and the front on another. then jsut glue the two together

What I wanted to do with my tails was remove the lense and keep the housing and then I have a set of TYC tails that have the clear plastic lense that i want to pop onto the stock ones so you can see the LED's alot better...
The when I mess with the TYC ones I am not positive how I will need to get them apart

So if I get this right I can take the set of TYC tails and just sumhow get the housing seperated from the lense and then just smash the stock red lense I should be safe
