ok so i got some toyos from my friend for 40 bucks! problem is when i got home and checked em out i found some small cracks in the colored part of the tails. now i probably wont use the inners since they are the same as the 00 stock tails almost but as far as the outters . what can i do to fix these small cracks? any input is helpful. because i really really wanna put these on the car

what i would do ... is try to fix the crack .. not sure how. mabe how they fix CF hoods and such ? haha .. but after i would get the tails painted to match your car

well, you could always just buy replacements

but, as far as fixing them, if you do indeed paint them, get some kind of adhesive / epoxy to stick em back together, then properly paint them. or maybe go to a shop and see if they have any ideas - sure they'd say to buy new ones ?

sorry guys i failed to mention that i WILL be painting them.lol but j thats just it. im not gonna pay 100+ for a new set. i plan on painting the maroon part black. i gues i could try the epoxy or somethin. ill ask my body guy and see what he says. luckily its not on the clear lens part and only on the colored portion.

and thats true too. damn things are expensive. and i'm looking to paint mine as well, except i'm thinking body color. they are SUPER faded
talk to your body man and see what he thinks

yea ill ask him and then post back. maybe somebody else who has had this problem can shed some light on it.
