I recently got into an accident.. I slid into a barrier on the 427 and totalled my fiberglass bumper, airbags went off and those smashed the windshield.

I will let you know that with the bumper I had there was no crush guard..... the car itself was fine engine wise and everything but my passanger side low beam does not work even with a new bulb and my drivers side turn signal (front) does not blink...top or bottom with new bulbs as well.

I have changed the two headlight fuses in the car. I am not sure it there are anymore but I need some help because I don't know what the problem is.

yep sounds like a pinched wire, especially if you changed the fuses.
