Did your kit have the holes for the screws already drilled?

when I took my stock bumpers off I have no hunycomb on mine instead I have styrofoam in the bumpers I have a 04 fire, did any of you guys have this? did the kit sag because of it?

when we did our kits on the 04s they have foam pads and they dont sag. we had to dremal a bit off to fit but ull have no problem.
