So in preperation of my car going in to get some body work the shop told me i could save some money if i removed the sideskirts myself (sideskirts are not damaged).... So i removed the 7 bolts underneath... and screws on both ends... got the clips to pop off the fender and qtr panel... but it seems like there's something holding the skirts to the inside part of the door.. have i missed something??

i figured out that there's 4-5 clips built into the side skirt that are stopping me from removing it... they are clipped into a steel peice that is riveted to the frame... any tricks on how to get these tabs/clips to pop up?

Just tug..they'll come off...maybe one or two will be left in the body side...just pop em off with a screwdriver and snap em back onto the kit...

But these clips are molded into the side skirt itself... its right along the door jam.... it looks like it clips in 4 places
