Door Remove

how do i remove and replace the door? like any write ups pictures? any advise? let me know thanks.

Take off the fender and mark the nut and bolt points on your hinges. Disconnect all electrical wiring and remove. Obviously you will want 1 or 2 friends to help out...Put the new one on, latch it and align the nuts bolts as close as humanly possible, then tighten down and reattach the fender...dont forget to reattach the wiring, and you should be good...

i did mine the hard way because i couldnt take the fender off, and i did it by my self, thank god for ceiling rafters and rachet straps, lol

guy no need to remove the fender just remove the bolts goin into the door not on the a-pillar
what you guys are doing is the hard way

I just did a 01 door swap... and simply removing the bolts from the door doesn't work went re-aligning the new door....

i think im gonna pick myself up a door lift, they are sweet, especially when puttin the dor back on.

unless the car was basjed in the a-pillar and so on and so forth then yes i can see using the extra movment on the a-pillar,, but hes just doing a new door so taking the bolts in the door are just fine
