how do I cut the bottom grill out of my 05 cavi with out messing the paint up

I used a cutting wheel on my dremel to cut my bumper for inserts. Make sure you keep the speed low or you end up melting your way through instead of cutting.

A more accurate observation has never been typed. These should be the starting points before any serious performance modification. What's the point of making a serious performer if you can't control it's power?
I used a dremel with a carbide cutting bit, mine was on high speed, with a carbide bit it cuts fast enough and does not melt. Tape your lines off and be as steady as possible, mine does not look excellent up close but 5ft or farther back looks real good.
