I bought some fiberglass f1 fenders for a 2000-02 cavalier of ebay and when i received them they were cracked and very brittle so I fixed them and made them alot stronger and tried installing them and they will not line up has anyone else had this problem?

well ill jump the gun from every one else and say you get what you pay for! now to fix it you can fiberglass it to fit or trash them and buy better ones. I would actually go the fiberglassing route but thats just me. When you say you fixed them? did you mean you fiberglassed them thinker? or what?
where are they not lining up?
i know when i got mine, they didn't quite match the curve of the doors, so i just shimmed out the bottom a bit to get them to line up.
just prime ur fenders so u can cover up what u fix and sell them
they are not matching the curve on the doors and yes i made them thicker and reprimed them

I bought some off ebay, they fit pretty well. But ddint' really matter cuz i molded it into my car anyway.
