1. Yes it IS on their site.

You obviously havent seen the member registry because he didnt tell you to search to forums, he told you to search the registries. Now, heres a step by step.
Click Members on the left panel...
http://www.j-body.org/members/
Click Advanced Search...
http://www.j-body.org/members/search/
In Modifications type Wings West W-type, or Wings West Lip
In the drop down menu beside modifications, select exterior.
Click 'Only show members with pictures'
Now sometimes you'll find the registry doesnt have the pics you want, or even the kit you typed... that's okay, try the next one!
And just because you seem to useless to follow those instructions, I did it just now, and this is the third one I tried...
That's the front lip, the sides arent on that pictured car.
Anyways, give the member search a whirl, and youll find plenty more. The member that comes to mind right now with that kit would be illd9.
Now like I also said before, it IS on the wings west website, you cant miss it.

and my apologies for missing that but i am also looking for other lip kits besides the three already mentioned
as for the members registry i searched "lip kit" and came up with nothing or bad pics like the one that you posted. dont get me wrong the picture you posted is good but not a real good pic of the lip on the bumper. as for google i cant find a good site to get a wings west kit
now if anybody knows about any other kits it would be great if you could give me a site.

It's just the RKSport, WW, and OEM for your year.
Erebuni (not sure of the website) makes some stock-ish looking bumpers. Probably not what you want, but just throwing it out there.
Theres RKSport importfighter kit, that is also stock-ish front, and the lips for rear, and the clean side-skirts, though again not sure if this is what you want.
Here's illd9's car since I guess you didnt look for his.
Complain about those pics and theres something wrong with you lol...

the only thing i would have a problem with would be the rear bumper as i would like to run camaro style dual exhaust

brian - you may have been trying to be nice and helpful which your first post was, but a picture of searching the member registry was not helpful and i will admit that my post was not called for (rough week at school and ive got 2 extra exams i gotta write now)
now some help for you
- if you want to take a screen shot hit the print screen button on your keyboard( usually along the top right side of the keyboard) then you can go to a program like ms paint or whatever and just paste it into the program
- to take a screenshot of just the active window you can hit alt+print screen
