The headlamps themselves look alright but the light output of the projector sucks imo

yeah i've heard that, but it says it comes with HID bulbs? Still will the lighting suck?
yea. they will probably suck even brighter now. IMO. im going to wish you luck on what you do.

Hey now those are my lenses I"m selling.
Light output is fine with the regular bulbs.
They run off the highbeam 9005s which noone ever mentions.
Hence why I'm including the harness for the patch.
And, they are clear lenses. Not the ion blue crap.
Finally, they are pretty much mint.
You can't tell from the pic. but they're behind clear headlight covers.
Bid on it.
If not, I"ll just keep them anyway,
If they work in the back mountains of PA at 2 in the foggy morning they're doing something right.

sorry man. i didnt know. but i still stand by my opinion. i would maybe show some pix up close to the lights, and also maybe some night shots of the light output and cut off line. anyway, this is a just my opinion. i wish you luck with your auction and spud_51 with his search.

I bet 99.9% that there halogen bulbs.
"7500K HID style bulbs" is what it says on the auction description. Hid style bulbs means its those halogen bulbs with the blue coating. If it were me, I would ditch those and get some silverstars.

Yup thats it.
But tyred the silver stars, their only rated 4300K.
Still yellow. And not too bright. Factory housing speaking.
I've basically tryed them all, factory, 4300K, 5000K, 5200K, 5800K, 6000K, 7500K, and 8500K. High and low watage.
Basically, if you want white anything halogen you have to be at or above the 5800K.
If you want bright, blind the other driver output you need the high wattage bulbs.
But then you run the risk of burning your wires.
fortunealy that didnt happen when I had high wattage 8500K. Which I can through in the auciton if you want.
I would have taken pics, but I have everythign apart from the HO mani and other goods.
Lenses are off and going to be boxed ready to ship.
Just trying to sell them before the month is out.
If not I'll keep em, and get HIDs come tax return time.
And if it was anything like last years....also get...
Gravana's coilovers.
And maybe FINALLY a body kit.
Or bolt on turbo...who knows.

Well, I got the charer for the camera,
I'll go run out and waste $50 for a set of silverstars just to show you guys pics.
Oh, and last I checked, all these standard wattage bulbs are running 55w.
Next thing you you tell me, they run at different currents and resistence making the SIlverstars the brightest. V=IR squared and P=IV
As, for the boo boo,s there are two nicks on the on side of the bar.
That's how i got it from the clasifieds on here. I forget what I paid for it.
Henace only asking $35 or whatever the hting I have listed on there.

Check that,
9005s running on 65w.
Or high wattage 100w.
I was saying kelvin temp for 'white' and higher wattage for blinding bright.
But whatever.
