alright what do you think....as some of you saw i had a problem with my hids. i checked the wiring the bulbs (Everything came out okay). and yes i have a relay and fused etc. i narrowed it down to the ballast...i just want to be sure before i spend money on a new one. when i start up the lights the ballast buzzes and the bulb sparks then dies... and yes i tried it with the car started etc. any ideas tips suggestions ? thanks a lot.
