Alright so I guess what happened is one of my ballast died...but what i was mainly wondering is about the warrenty because mine came with one (or so it said). Here is the question I bought the kit off ebay so will the warrenty be honored? and who should i contact the company or the seller...? i sent an email to the company (mecca tune) its based in korea and have not heard back yet...should i keep trying to get a replacement or should i just buy a new ballast altogether? thanks.

I think it'd be okay if you contact the company, but i'd confirm whether or not you still have a warranty, and if so then pursue them what the problem your having, but i they say no, then you still have your answer......i got a question though, i want to buy some 10000k or 12000k hid's but i don't know which ones to buy, you know like whether it's like 9006 or whatever, which ones did you buy?

So called "warranties" on eBay aren't the easiest to claim... you'll get the run-around for quite a bit I'm sure... Good luck.

I have the meccatune red sun kit and it had 12000k bulbs.... i would not suggest the 12000k if you have them on during the day they are extreamly purple...
i went to 4300k bulbs because i didnt want to get crap from the cops. In addition to that i dont know if you want to get this kit b/c i had mine for 3 months and the ballast crapped out but i suppose that could happen for any products...heres the web site

b/c now that i had got the hids I CANT GO BACK TO STOCK lol. right now im rocking one hid and one stock bulb and the stock blub blows so much....

Well, i was wanting to get one from ebay, i don't want to spend over like 200$ on some so, ithought ebay would be the way to go, is there a bulb size or something that i need to know for a 99 cavalier?

i got mine on ebay for 280 shipped....it was one of the cheaper kits. the bulb you would need is 9006 just make sure it is a conversion kit and they have the 9006 bulb available. as far as color i would suggest 4300k its the brightest and whitest from what i understand

Why would the 4300k be brighter than let's say, 12000k? That doesn't make since....I want some REALLY purple and blue ones, so which ones should i get? So don't bye an hid kit, bye a hid conversion kit right? A 9006 conversion kit......am i right?
